 Film Director James Cameron's sensational claim that he has discovered the Tomb of Jesus and that the bones of Jesus and his family, including his two sons, were hidden there for centuries are falling on 'deaf' Christian ears?  I mean this contradicts a central tenet of Christianity, that Jesus was resurrected and ascended into Heaven.  Cameron of course will be putting all this into an upcoming movie...

My question is, Where are the Christian Rioters?  Certainly when Danish cartoonists dared to invoke an image of Muhammad all Heck Broke Loose! Careful, here's a gallery, it's a little short of crosses in jars of urine, but illustrative of the gap in sensibilities between the religions.

 It seems that for the second time The Richmond Democrat deems my comments unfit for publishing, yet again! This seems to be a new trend with Dems who 'Waaaa..foul'. Here is the first example, which highlights his dubious blogging style and highlights how a certain 19 year old, accomplished more in a couple weeks, than some bloggers have achieved in 4 years of blogging.

Anyhow, TRD has this totally bogus rotating GIF up, and here is my comments (submitted three days ago) that amazingly he finds 'unpublishable' at this time:

In the first year of Clinton administration, (something you guys hold up as Holy), We fought a battle in Mogadishu...

During that battle, Les Aspin didn't allow our forces to take in Armor or AC-130 gunships, because that would be too 'confrontational'..

Uh, we sent in Soldiers against a bunch of guys on 'Kot' (a drug, not unlike cocaine) and had them fight it out on the streets...

We won a tactical victory, but of course Your President gave up that battlefield to the enemy, and the oppression and starvation lived on...

The Clinton Administration had another seven (7) years to up armor the hummvees and perfect body armor for our troops....

That didn't happen... George W. Bush has in turn not shrunk from a very similar battle to free peoples, and relieve them of tyrants....

Our advances in armor for vehicles and body armor to meet the same urban warfare environment have been unmistakenly acheived during this administration...

You are putting forward a false argument... Actually, it is quite laughable... Just compare the Vietnam experience of Que City, (last major urban combat) and the equipment and casualty rates in Falujah and Baghdad today...

It's night and day... Your President failed Sir/Maam... Not our Present Commander and Chief...

I am not saying this is the most brilliant observation in the world, but it certainly addresses the subject at hand.  The Clinton Administration  saw the deployment of  humvees, and if improvements in body armor for the troops were anymore apparently needed than in that operation in Somalia, made famous in the movie "Black Hawk Down",  when was it?  The movie painfully makes clear that humvees needed to be up armored if deployed in urban warfare.  Where was the Clinton Administration,over the next seven (7) years?

Why are certain Lefty Blogs so afraid of having of having opposing views left in their comment section?  Looks like this weeks blog carnival has more on the outrage of Lefties when they actually 'assault' Pubs.

  It seems I have run afoul of R.T  (Terry) Rea over at Slant Blog.  This post is for educational and defensive purposes, because I have an inkling of what might just be in store from me.  You see, I allegedly have been 'Bullying' Mr. Rea over at Slantblog.  For perspective I've listed the posts and all my comments on SlantBlog, so you the readers can decide.  Am I a 'bully', much less a 'drunk in a bar', a squirming toad,  a masochist,  a cyber stalker, and inevitably a dogpile on the sidewalk ? It is so curious how I comment upon the issues and contents of his posts, and all I receive in return are insults and rude comparisons...

Now the point of this post is not to continue the argument with Slantblog, but to document my comments for other bloggers to see the exchange, and judge for your selves if I am a 'bully'?  Remember, these are the same people who used the term 'attack' successfully at first against SWAC bloggers, then could not back it up... They need a new term,  to smear Conservative bloggers who disagree with them, and Dear Lord no!  Challenge their posts? (Bullying)

Why is it you refuse to reciprocate links to Conservatives who have always linked to you, and comment frequently on your blog, with the exception of OMT (inactive now), and Kenney, who obviously just supported Waldo, when we disagreed with him...

The simple point is that you are quite biased as to your blogroll, and far from begging to be put on yours, I am merely pointing out this fact.

I am not scared of anyone reading your opinions on political matters (so I link to you, because I enjoy debating you).

You might even note that the very first Liberal Blogger I linked to was Waldo himself.. again I have no qualms with anyone reading his work. I believe it only helps my arguments...

I see in a follow on post that you are threatening to ban my opinions from Slant Blog...

How could I ignore anonymous number one up there. It is dilusional to say that the VA Senate is controlled by the PUbs.

When you have Senatorial Pubs voting in consecutive years on issues that cause House Pubs seats to be in jeapardy....

That argument hardly holds water, especially since the Senate allows dems and pub alike to vote on chairmanships... i.e Potts...

As far as Chichester and all concerned, once you have given up on lower taxation and limited Govt. you are Dem.....

It is amazing how you cringe at Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson like they are the greatest threat to all liberty in America.

However, you give a pass to these radical Mullahs in Iraq and Iran who convince teenagers to strap on bombs and kill infidels (yeah, you are one too) for the promise of 23 virgins in heaven.

The ultimate goal of Islam is world domination, Virgil Goode is right. The foolish leftists in Europe have set their entire continent up for a demographic timebomb, by allowing unfettered Muslim Immigration. You know something Virgl opposes.

You know Terry, my policy at STD is to debate all comers. The worse they present their opinions the better it makes my post look.

That is for the readers to judge. Why don't you challenge your readers? Should you ban STD from Slantblog?

I think their opinion would be even more important than your own... as you can imagine they enjoy reading the debate on the issues.

oh, and I am pleased that you do look favorably upon Mr. Fallwell & Robertson, I can not wait for you to expand upon this revelation...

furthermore, 'toad like' would be more of a 'hopping' sensation rather than squirming, that would be more worm like :-) The fact you didn't curse me and only likened me to an amphibian displays quite admirably your civility as a blogger....

I have taken some time to think about this, this, well I'll be polite.... this challenge maybe you have laid out.

You label STD and other semi-named bloggers as a Sulkosphere... You accuse us of being sabatuers towards I guess vapolitical blogs... You go after Allen and Goode, with a knife...

yet, I challenge you with direct, unabusive debate, and you try to twist it into some kind of my 'bullying'of you, and of course 'your space' your blog.

Whereas, my blog is quite open for you to come over and debate me... you know, lay out your case as to why my notions are some kind of intellectual rot...

Same as I challenge your posts on your blog....

I haven't totally made up my mind how to react to you... you seemed a worthy opponent, and now all I see is a grown Man 'stomping his feet', declaring 'he's had enough of this abuse'?

"Sorry, Wrong Number" - My comments were deleted by Mr Rea on this post.  Essentially, I told Mr Rea, this was nothing but a debate using a bunch of electrons, and that he didn't have to be so Melodramatic about the whole thing.   Plus I inserted a comment about having just come from Lcpl Daniel T. Morris's funeral, a young man who felt so strongly in his ideals that he volunteered to go to Iraq, and  paid the 'ultimate price' for doing so.  The point being the least Mr Rea could do was not ban my opinions from his blog... (Mommy, Make the Conservatives Go Away!)

Just to round this up, the reason for posting this is in case a 'smear' campaign begins by Rea & Co. towards STD or fellow Conservative bloggers, in the fashion of I/We are 'bullying, right wing extremist, cyber stalker, up to no good, and don't add anything to the the debate'....  Read here, You guys start that, and I already have it all saved... We'll see who is up to the debate, and who is actually 'adding' to political discourse, and who is actually seeking to limit debate, and/or exchange of ideas.

Bottom Line, if R.T. Rea could lay me out in a debate he would have already done so, and/or accepted my challenge.  Instead, all I get is a bunch of name calling, and rude comparisons thrown my way...  and of course banned from Slantblog.  For a guy with 35 years of journalistic experience, champion of free speech,  a dozen more years in age, and politicial experience etc. etc... I should be easy pickens...
